 Conditions of sale.

• All prices are value added tax (VAT) exclusive.
•  Prices are ex - warehouse stock and payable in full before being approved for dispatch.
• Goods supplied remain the property of equipit Pty, Ltd.until fully paid for whereupon ownership will transfer. 
• The DEBTOR consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates court irrespective of the amount involved and equipit Pty, Ltd reserves the right at it's sole discretion to vary this provision. 
•  Transport charges including inter alia postage/railway/insurance/private contractors are for the consignee's account. 
•  equipit Pty, Ltd. are not responsible for losses or damages incurred by 3rd parties i.e. transport companies,railway and postage. 
•  While the price list is valid for 3 months, due to importing factors i.e. rates of exchange, duties etc. prices can change without notice.  
•  Discounts for smalls are on the pack size indicated only and not single units. 

1. Smalls: no warranty, but a replacement guarantee should the product (smalls) be blatantly defective. Electrical product, as listed below:
2.  A 12 month replacment warranty on defective electrical components, when we have possession of the the defective part. 
3.  The warranty does not extend to consumable parts such as blades, belts, bushes, etc. 
4.  Labour is specifically excluded unless, at your expense, delivered to an authorised service center, locations in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth. 
5.  The expense of returning the product will also be bourne by yourselves of utmost importance are; invoice proof and relevant serial numbers. 
6.  Replacement parts will be invoiced and a credit will be issued on receipt of defective parts.   

1.  Within 14 calendar days, written notice of defect will be provided. 
2.  Product must be complete in the damage free original packaging including packing material, blank warranty cards, instruction manuals and any accessories. 
3.  An uplift number (UN …..) must be issued and quoted from equipit (Pty) Ltd. before processing the credit or exchange. 
4.  Failure to comply leaves us no choice: no credit will be passed nor will the product be exchanged, and you will be notified to collect the product within 14 calendar days.  
5.  Product erroneously delivered will be exchanged by the correct item within 7 working days at no expense by yourselves. Please ensure the original packaging is intact.
